Shipping

• Freight is calculated at checkout based on the origin warehouse and the delivery address.
• Orders ship from our U.S. warehouses by LTL freight carrier.
• Buyers may use their own carrier; please notify us before placing the order so only the product is charged (warehouse pickup).

Returns and damaged goods

• We accept claims only for material damaged in transit or delivered damaged.
• Damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
• To file a claim, contact sales@solarstockusa.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Warranty

• Product and power warranties are issued by each manufacturer under its own warranty terms.
