All 630W lots are physically in U.S. warehouses — no vessel ETAs, no import delays for ready stock. Shipping documentation includes commercial invoice, packing list, per-module serial number list, UL/IEC certifications, and Bill of Lading.
The SPDG630-N132R12 is a mesh transparent module: the manufacturer’s construction lets light pass between the cells rather than blocking the full module footprint. That is a property of how the panel is built, not a claim about what grows underneath it — shading behaviour and crop response depend on the array geometry, the site and the crop, and belong to your agronomist, not to a module datasheet.
What the datasheet does support is the electrical case for an elevated array. The module is bifacial, and with 15% rear-side gain Sunpro rates front power at 724.50 W against 630 W at STC. Mounted high over a growing surface — the geometry agrivoltaic projects use anyway — the rear face sees reflected light that a ground-level rack does not.
Mechanically it is specified for the exposure that elevated structures take: +5400 Pa front and −2400 Pa back load, −40 °C to +85 °C, IP68 junction box, anodized aluminium frame and double 2.0 mm glass with a heat-strengthened back sheet.

Sunpro Power 630W inventory (SPDG630-N132R12) uses N-Type TOPCon 210R (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) technology with Anodized aluminium frame · mesh transparent. Pallet configuration: 36 modules per pallet. Dimensions and full technical specs are available in each SKU datasheet.
1.27 MW of 630W modules are currently in U.S. inventory across NJ warehouse. Availability is updated every 60 seconds from our live inventory system. Contact our team for exact allocation and pallet confirmation.
630W modules are packaged as 36 modules per pallet. Public pallet pricing is shown in the inventory table above for 1–19 pallet orders. Container quantities (20+ pallets) are priced via RFQ with better per-watt economics for volume buyers.
The 630W modules use N-Type TOPCon 210R (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) cell technology. The highest-wattage module in our U.S. inventory, and the only mesh transparent one. Sunpro Max Series, 132 N-type half-cells in the 210R format, double glass, bifacial.
Minimum order is 1 pallet for commercial buyers. Public pricing covers 1–19 pallets. Container quantities (20+ pallets, approximately 560–700 modules per 40ft HC) are priced via RFQ. Multi-MW supply agreements are available for utility-scale developers.
Ready inventory ships within 3–5 business days after signed PO and deposit. Freight is quoted separately from each origin warehouse. Contact our team for exact shipping timelines by destination.
No. The SPDG630-N132R12 is imported — module origin Indonesia, cells sourced from Tanzania — and does not qualify for IRA Section 45X Domestic Content or the 10% ITC bonus adder. Our Domestic Content option is the 590W SPDG590-N144M10 assembled in Lyerly, GA and stocked at Dublin, GA 31021. We publish origin per lot precisely so this is never ambiguous at PO stage.
It describes the construction: the module is built so light passes between the cells instead of being blocked across the whole footprint. Sunpro lists it as “mesh transparent” on the Max Series datasheet. How much light reaches the ground in a given installation depends on array geometry, row spacing and mounting height, which are project design questions rather than module specifications — we do not publish a shading figure.
The 630W is a larger module on a different cell format: 132 N-type 210R half-cells at 2382 × 1134 × 30 mm and 32.4 kg, against the 144-cell M10 format of the 595W. It is the highest-wattage module in our U.S. inventory at 23.32% efficiency, and it is the only mesh transparent one. The 595W is available in standard silver and transparent frame variants and packs differently. Both are imported.
The inbound 630W allocation is 40.09 MW arriving in California in November 2026. It is on the water, not in a warehouse, so it is quoted rather than sold from the shelf — pricing is published and the CTA is Request quote. The 1.27 MW at Carteret, NJ 07008 is landed today and ships in 3–5 business days.
