We own or directly manage the physical inventory in our California, Georgia, and New York warehouses. There is no broker layer, no sourcing on your behalf, and no spot-market dependency. Every lot you see in our inventory table is committed stock under our direct control.
Pallet pricing (1–19 pallets) is public — $/W and $/pallet shown for all available SKUs on this page. Container pricing (20+ pallets, approximately 560–700 modules per 40ft HC) is negotiated via RFQ and reflects better per-watt economics for volume buyers. Multi-MW orders (10+ containers) are structured as direct supply agreements with milestone pricing.
The commercial minimum order is 1 pallet. Public pricing is available for 1–19 pallets with no RFQ required. Container quantities (20+ pallets, ~10–15 kW per pallet depending on SKU) are priced via RFQ. For utility-scale projects requiring 5+ MW, direct supply agreements are negotiated with our North American operations team.
Yes. Sunpro Power has maintained BNEF Tier 1 status for five consecutive years. The current BNEF listing letter is available upon request and is included in our standard EPC documentation package. This supports project finance bankability for tax equity, construction lending, and non-recourse debt on commercial and utility-scale projects.
Yes. For multi-MW wholesale orders, we coordinate staged warehouse releases against your project drawdown schedule — from California (Los Angeles), Georgia (Eastman), or New York (Bronx). Each warehouse has independent allocation. Freight can be coordinated EXW from any location or consolidated for delivery to a single job site or distribution center.
Yes. Our Georgia-assembled TOPCon modules (SPDG590-N144M10) carry a manufacturer IRA Section 45X attestation supporting the 10% Domestic Content ITC bonus adder. These modules are available at a premium over imported equivalents — for projects that qualify, the net ITC economics are strongly favorable. Full Domestic Content documentation (manufacturer attestation, BOM origin breakdown, lot-level BoL) is provided with every Domestic Content shipment.
Every wholesale shipment from SolarStock USA includes: commercial invoice, packing list, per-module serial number list, datasheet, UL 61730 / IEC 61215 / IEC 61730 certification copies, Bill of Lading, and BNEF Tier 1 listing letter. Domestic Content lots additionally include manufacturer attestation and component-level BOM. PAN files (PVsyst format) are available for all SKUs on request.
