What we owe you is the part we can actually evidence: the price of each version, where each module was assembled, where each cell came from, and the attestation, bill of materials and Bill of Lading that travel with every Domestic Content shipment.

Every Domestic Content shipment carries manufacturer attestation, a bill of materials and a Bill of Lading. The imported version of the same SKU code is assembled in Indonesia and carries none of that.

The premium on the Domestic Content version buys eligibility and documented provenance, not performance. If your project has no Domestic Content requirement, the imported version is the same panel for less money.

Physically yes — same module, same format, same electrical characteristics, so they combine on the same racking and in the same strings. Whether MIXING affects a Domestic Content claim is a question for your tax counsel: the cost-basis calculation depends on what fraction of the project qualifies. We supply the per-lot documentation that calculation needs; we do not perform it.
