Inventory transparency

What "ready to ship"
actually means.

Most solar inventory platforms show "available" inventory that is actually on a vessel, on allocation from a third-party, or subject to broker confirmation. We publish two explicit states: Ready (in our U.S. warehouse now) and Incoming (on a confirmed vessel with a known ETA).

Ready inventory ships 3–5 business days after signed PO and deposit — no vessel ETAs, no customs uncertainty, no broker middle layer. SolarStock USA is the direct distribution channel of Sunpro Power North America.

Ready-to-ship FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does "ready to ship" mean for solar panels?

Ready-to-ship inventory is physically located in our U.S. warehouse — not in transit, not on a vessel, not pre-order. It is bonded in our California, New York, or Georgia facilities and can be released within 3–5 business days after a signed PO and deposit are received. We distinguish this clearly from "incoming" inventory which has a confirmed vessel ETA.

How quickly can ready inventory ship?

Standard lead time for ready inventory is 3–5 business days after PO and deposit confirmation. Large orders (20+ pallets) may require an additional 1–2 business days for logistics coordination. We can target expedited release for time-sensitive projects — contact our inventory team.

Which warehouses have ready-to-ship solar panels right now?

Ready inventory is available in our California (Los Angeles) and New York (Bronx) warehouses. Georgia inventory includes both ready and incoming lots. The inventory table above shows the warehouse state for each available lot in real time.

What is the lead time for "incoming" vs "ready" inventory?

"Ready" inventory ships in 3–5 business days EXW U.S. warehouse. "Incoming" inventory is on a confirmed vessel with a published ETA — typically 3–8 weeks to U.S. port depending on the shipment origin. We publish per-lot ETAs. Contact our team for the latest ETA on any incoming lot.

Is pricing the same for ready and incoming inventory?

Typically yes — our pricing structure does not differentiate ready vs. incoming for the same SKU. However, allocation for ready inventory is reserved on a first-confirmed basis. Pricing locks require a signed LOI or purchase order.

Can I reserve ready inventory before sending a PO?

Yes, with a signed Letter of Intent (LOI) and a small deposit. Reservation periods are typically 5–7 business days. After that, allocation returns to the open market. Contact inventory@solarstockusa.com or use our RFQ form.

Do you provide shipping documentation for ready inventory?

Yes. Every shipment from our U.S. warehouses includes: commercial invoice, packing list, per-module serial number list, datasheet, UL/IEC certification copies, and Bill of Lading. Georgia Domestic Content lots also include manufacturer Domestic Content attestation and BOM.
